Domestic (Australia-wide) Shipping – flat rate $10.

Express (Australia-Wide) Shipping - flat rate $15.

We aim to process your order for shipping within 3 - 5 business days. In peak periods, this may take up to 10 business days.  Standard shipping can take between 3-15 working days.

International - We ship to New Zealand

New Zealand - $15 standard shipping. $25 flat rate Express

All customers outside of Australia are responsible for all import duties, customs and local taxes charged by your country.  As we are unable to advise the amount of these fees, we recommend you seek advice from your country’s custom and tax offices for charges and fees for packages originating from outside of your country. Shipping can take between 3-4 weeks.

We take great care to ensure your order leaves us undamaged.  In the rare instance your crystal is damaged in transit, please contact us at hello@somedaydreamco.com.au within 72 hours and we will try our best to resolve the issue. Please have the postal/delivery driver note the damage prior to accepting the parcel.  Shipping costs will not be refunded.  The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping and return postage.
